Partner James Dale authored an article in the Idaho Business Review titled “EEOC issues enforcement guidance addressing pregnancy-related disabilities.” In the article Dale discusses the recent Pregnancy Discrimination Act enforcement guidance issued by the EEOC .  Employees who incur limitations resulting from a pregnancy-related condition that constitutes a disability may be entitled to reasonable accommodations.

In the article Dale provides examples of reasonable accommodations employers can provide for those who incur pregnancy-related disabilities.
